• West Malaysia: RM6
• East Malaysia: RM10
• Singapore: RM50

All deliveries within Malaysia are fulfilled by Citylink Express, Pos Laju, or Ninja Van. Deliveries to Singapore are fulfilled by Ninja Van, Teleport, or SF Express.

1. What are the jewelries made of?

Our beautiful pieces usually made of stainless steels, titanium steels, 925silver, brass and 14k/18k/22k/24k gold plated.

2. Are the jewelries hypoallergenic?

We aim to provide hypoallergenic jewellery but hypoallergenic jewellery aims to minimise allergic reactions, but since each individual can have different sensitivities, it’s challenging to guarantee that all jewellery will be hypoallergenic for everyone.

3. Can I cancel my order?

No cancellation is allowed after an order has been placed.

4. Return & Refund

Return/refund will only be eligible if the item you receive is defective or wrong item. We will accept returns within 5 days from receiving date.
